Shipping
Processing Time: Due to the handcrafted nature of our concrete products, please allow a typical turnaround time of 10 business days for creation and shipment of your order. This timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current order volume. We will communicate any potential delays to you via email.
Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase and estimated shipping timeframe.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and your chosen shipping method. We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs and budget. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. This information allows you to track the progress of your shipment and estimate delivery date.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Concrete Lounge purchase. Here's a breakdown of our return and refund policy:
Unused and Unopened Products: We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unopened products. If you change your mind about your purchase or the item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, minus any original shipping costs.
Original Condition and Packaging: To ensure a smooth return process, returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please handle the item with care to avoid any damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at concretelounge.kp@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you and provide detailed return instructions, including a return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your own protection.
Processing Time for Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process a full refund (minus original shipping costs) within 5 business days. You will receive a notification email confirming the refund issuance.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
Timeframe for Reporting Damage: Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to report any damage sustained during shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims for damaged items reported outside the 30-day window.
Photographic Proof Required: To facilitate a smooth replacement or refund process, we require clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. The photos should clearly show the extent of the damage and any damage to the shipping box.
Replacement or Refund Options: Once we receive your photos and confirm the damage, we will offer you the following options:
Free Replacement: We will gladly ship you a replacement item free of charge, subject to availability. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Full Refund: If a replacement is not available or you prefer a refund, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price and original shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change! Here's our policy for order cancellations:
Unprocessed Orders: You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet begun the shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible at concretelounge.kp@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
Orders in Process: After 10 business days (typical processing time), cancellations are no longer accepted. This allows us time to create your handcrafted piece. If you wish to cancel your order after the 10-day window, the standard return policy outlined above will apply.
